On Family

The earth is a family. The human race, by  extension, is one. What are the ties that bind us? Are blood ties stronger than those of chance and the heart? Both are intertwined and when braided there is an inseparable link. We all know how an emotional bond can be stronger, more meaningful, than a blood bond. We may have friends who are family, but family who are not friends. Still, the genesis of every human relationship begins with the attraction of two lovers introduced through fate. Their bond creates blood bonds that span generations. It all begins in the love of two individuals, and the ties circle out toward all.
